Baharat is a Lebanese 7 spice blend and is used to flavour coat meat when making stews or for flavouring soups, meat and seafood dishes and rice. This beef dish is fantastic for a cold winter night. It does need 3 hours in the oven, but is quick to prepare.
Delicious on it's own or as an accompaniment for grilled meats
