decorating, Bree is a qualified chef who brings to the world of cake decorating a fresh young view to the world of cake art, both in flavour and design.
Her icings are made from fondant, royal icing or ganache, and for those who want ‘the look’ without the taste, she adds delicious butter icing under the outer icing’s ‘sculptural layer’.
The Cake That Ate Paris services the area from Byron Bay to Brisbane and the Hinterland.
