Ormeggio is the Italian word for ‘mooring’ and describes the location of the restaurant – as if you were sitting on a mooring in a boat, but without the rocking! Just perfect for our Australian climate. And a real treat being able to enjoy such excellent Italian-inspired food in our own surroundings.
Alessandro’s signature dish is risotto, but he is increasingly becoming known for his game meats which are typical of his Northern Italian heritage. Neither too heavy nor too light, his meals are extremely tasty and satisfying.
