Slow Roasted Pork Belly - unlike most recipes for pork belly which is often twice cooked - this recipe places the pork belly in the oven, and just requires a check and change of oven temperature each hour, with the addition of your favourite winter vegetables 1 hour before serving.
Easy and really scrummy, particularly served with an easy apple sauce or tamarillos for something different.

Or cook a lamb tagine. Spicy, flavoursome and perfect for a relaxed Saturday night meal.
