this site, the websites that you visit from this site and your
IP-Address. This data could possibly lead to your identification, but
neither Your Weekly Menu nor Orgitool use it to do so. Your Weekly
Menu and Orgitool may use the data from time to time for statistical
purposes, but maintain the anonymity of each individual user so that
the person cannot be identified. In cases when personal data is
provided to others to provide you products or services you have
requested, or for other purposes you have authorised, Your Weekly Menu

If you are a gold member, you will receive a refund for the remaining
period of your gold membership, i.e. from the date we receive your
cancellation to the expiry date of your gold membership subscription.
You are not entitled to receive a refund for that portion of your
subscription which has already been used (i.e. from the date of
subscribing to the date we receive your cancellation to the expiry date
of your gold membership subscription).
Data Retention
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for us to render a service you have requested or to which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law (e.g. in connection with pending litigation).
Use of Cookies
