method1 Separate the egg yolks from the whites2 Melt the butter and the chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water, 3 Whisk yolks, sugar and flour together until mix turns white 4 Leave chocolate and butter mix to cool slightly, then fold through yolk mix 5 Whisk egg whites to a soft peak and fold through chocolate mix 6 Grease 6 moulds very well and 3/4 fill with mix 7 Bake at 150°C for 30 to 35 minutes 8 Turn out while still hot tipsServe with hot chocolate sauce and butter scotch ice cream |
