method1 Preheat ove4n to 110°2 Heat the cream on stove top 3 Whisk sugar, egg yolks and vanilla together. Pour the hot cream over egg mix and stir 4 Pour mixture into individual moulds 5 Place moulds into a bain marie (baking dish half filled with water) and cook in oven at 110° for 1 hour 6 Chill to set and then serve tipsTo create a hard toffee top to serve, sprinkle with caster sugar and place under a grill for five minutes til golden.If you have access to a blow torch, sprinkly top of Creme with sugar and spray lightly with water. Melt the sugar with blow torch, from centre to edges, til browned. Delicious with cream and fresh berries in summer |
