method1 Preheat oven to 180° and separate egg yolks from whites.2 Cream butter and sugar with zest of 1 and juice of 2 lemons till white. 3 Add egg yolks. Add flour and milk to make a smooth batter. 4 Whisk egg whites till soft peaks form and fold gently into batter. 5 Pour into greased tin or ovenproof bowl and bake at 180°C for 1 hour in a bain marie tipsServe with a scoop of ice cream or a spoonful of thick cream.
