Nectarine and rocket salad

Fresh

500g white fleshed nectarines
1 bunch rocket
3 stems lemongrass
3Tb lime juice
4 cloves garlic

Pantry

1 Tb brown sugar
Few drops of sesame oil
3Tb fish sauce
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
A pinch of salt

method

1. Slice the nectarines and arrange on a platter with the rocket leaves.

2. To make the dressing, put all other ingredients except the chilli sauce in a food processor and blend.

3. Add the chilli sauce to the dressing and mix, and pour over the nectarines.
