Registering as a standard or gold member

If you are a gold member, you will receive a refund for the remaining period of your gold membership, i.e. from the date we receive your cancellation to the expiry date of your gold membership subscription. You are not entitled to receive a refund for that portion of your subscription which has already been used (i.e. from the date of subscribing to the date we receive your cancellation to the expiry date of your gold membership subscription).
Data Retention
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for us to render a service you have requested or to which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law (e.g. in connection with pending litigation).

Gold member weekly menu text and/or email service
Registration for the text and/oremail weekly menu service
By registering for the weekly menu text and/or email service (Menu Service), you can choose to receive a weekly menu, consisting of a minimum of 5 dinner recipes, via SMS and/or email.
Unless you inform us otherwise, by submitting this form, you consent to Your Weekly Menu Pty Ltd (Your Weekly Menu) and any third party Your Weekly Menu may contract with to assist in the provision of services under the Menu Service collecting, using and disclosing your personal information in this manner described in the terms and conditions and the privacy statement.
Availability of Weekly Menu Service
By registering for the weekly menu service, you acknowledge and agree that factors outside of the control of Your Weekly Menu (such as failure of the network of any telecommunications network operator or network capacity) may prevent you from receiving one or more reminders. In the event that the service is disrupted, Your Weekly Menu will provide the service as soon as the factor has been rectified. In the event that the service is unable to be provided for a period of 7 consecutive days or more, Your Weekly Menu will extend the period of your membership by a number of days at least equal to the duration of the interruption.
By registering for the weekly menu service, you acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Your Weekly Menu be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use of the Reminder Service (including any delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Reminder Service), whether based on breach of warranty, in contract, tort (including for negligence) and whether or not Your Weekly Menu are advised of the possibility of such damages
Protection of your personal information
Your Weekly Menu complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) to ensure that your personal information is protected.
Collection and use of your personal information
Your Weekly Menu will collect and use your personal information to enrol you in and administer the weekly menu service. If you provide your email address on this form, you also consent to Your Weekly Menu using your email address to contact you for any of these purposes.

Your personal information may be disclosed to such persons or organisations and, in providing a service, they may contact you directly.
